We hope you love your Soléne Jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition:
- Unworn and undamaged.
- With original packaging, including any tags or pouches.
- Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
- Returns initiated within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at solenejewelryshop@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
- We’ll generate a return shipping label for you.
- You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at solenejewelryshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return your order for a refund and place a new order.
