Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Soléne Jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition:
    • Unworn and undamaged.
    • With original packaging, including any tags or pouches.
  • Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Returns initiated within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at solenejewelryshop@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
  2. We’ll generate a return shipping label for you.
  3. You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at solenejewelryshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return your order for a refund and place a new order.
